What does the “Germanos” School of Foreign Languages offer?

  • We teach children English using the Teddy Eddie method from ages 2 to 7 (classes are held in groups of no more than 10, with Polish limited to a minimum).
  • Classes take place twice a week (60 hours x 45 minutes).
  • We prepare teenagers for lower-secondary school exams (60 hours x 60 minutes); classes take place twice a week for 60 minutes.
  • Adults are taught using the communicative method; classes take place two to four times a week, 60 minutes each.

Information for parents

  • we organize open and demonstration lessons
  • we ensure regular contact between the teacher and the parent (emails, meetings)
  • we provide regular verbal information about the child’s progress after classes
  • we provide written reports on the child’s progress (each semester)
  • if a child is absent from classes, it is possible to make up some of the classes by attending a parallel group (the methodologist decides whether this is possible)
  • parents receive a guide containing tips for playing with children at home and information about the material covered in class
  • parents see the effects of teaching very quickly: by absorbing the material naturally, the child learns to think in a foreign language
