Recently, councillors adopted two resolutions: one on establishing the Municipal Police and another on its regulations. The latter was repealed by the voivode.
The resolution contained a formal error – a provision requiring its publication in the official journal of the voivodeship. However, such a resolution is not published in the journal.
The councillors will consider the resolution again at the next session.
