At around 7:00 a.m., a serious-looking road collision occurred near the village of Łąka. The driver of a Fiat passenger car was travelling along the motorway under construction towards Jędrzychowice and collided with a pile of earth. The injured driver was taken to hospital by ambulance. The man was working on the construction of the new motorway. It is not yet known why he drove into the embankment. Construction work was under way at the site of the collision. Earth was lying in the left lane.
