This means that, in order to receive the child-raising benefit from 1 October 2017, you must submit a new application. From 1 August 2017, applications will be issued and accepted for the new benefit period 2017/2018 to establish entitlement to:
- child-raising benefit (Family 500+)
- benefits from the alimony fund
- family benefits (family allowance and supplements to the family allowance, and special care allowance)
Applications may be submitted in person, by post, as well as via the “Emp@tia” portal, banking systems and ePUAP
Residents of Bolesławiec may submit applications at the Family Benefits Centre in Bolesławiec, at pl. J. Piłsudskiego (ground floor of the office building), during the following hours:
- Monday 8:00–16:30
- Tuesday to Thursday, 8:00–15:00
- Friday 8:00–13:30
