Two brothers were drinking alcohol in the city. When they ran out, they approached a man they had met by chance who was drinking beer. They asked him to share it with them, and the victim did so. However, his supply soon ran out as well. The residents of Lubin still had not had enough. Worse still, they had all run out of money.
The man wanted to return home. The brothers did not like this: they began beating him all over his body. And when he could no longer defend himself, they stole his laptop, tablet and… shoes. (One of the attackers was kind enough to leave his footwear with the beaten man).
The brothers, aged 21 and 25, were arrested. Interestingly, one of them had been released from prison a week earlier.
Both attackers have already been remanded in custody for three months. They could face up to 12 years in prison.
