They should be careful, because this can result in a hefty fine. Bolesławiec Municipal Police patrols are frequent, and vandals will not get away with a warning. We also remind you that driving quad bikes onto the trail is prohibited.
As the commander of Bolesławiec Municipal Police informed us, the mere presence of a Municipal Police patrol already has a preventive effect on potential offenders.
“Thanks to systematic patrol duty, officers have repeatedly intervened after discovering offences such as drinking alcohol or littering in a public place. Such acts can result in fines ranging from PLN 50 to PLN 500,” explains Kamila Chalewicz-Pudłowska. “Given the nuisance caused by the offences committed, offenders cannot expect to receive a warning,” the commander adds.
