Construction of another gymnasium has begun. The building will become part of the complex of Municipal School Complex No. 2 buildings at Jana Pawła II Street. The design was prepared by a company from Łódź. The investment is worth over PLN 6 million.
The lower part of the planned building will contain changing rooms and a coaches’ room. The upper part will house a hall with an area of more than 1,000 m², equipped, among other things, with folding telescopic stands, electronic scoreboards, basketball hoops, exercise ladders, handball goals and table-tennis tables.
The work is scheduled for completion in June 2010.
