Piotr Roman informed the councillors that the Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Cezary Przybylski, plans to increase the funds allocated for replacing old heating systems to PLN 100 million (that is, by 100 percent). It is estimated that this money will be enough to replace 20,000 stove installations.
