The autopsies carried out on Monday have established with absolute certainty that the 55-year-old man who was found on Sunday, May 7, in a bathtub without water—with his throat cut—was murdered. The deceased bled to death. Moreover, he had head injuries and bruises on his face.

It also turned out that the 45-year-old man with neck wounds, who was found two days earlier, had also been killed. The victim had head injuries and a broken rib. At the time of his death, he was under the influence of alcohol. According to the expert, the cause of death was bleeding combined with hypothermia.

Investigators have identified a suspect in the murders. Interestingly, the 34-year-old man was arrested on Saturday, May 6, but in connection with another case. He was wanted under an arrest warrant, as he had a prison sentence to serve for theft. He has already been sent to prison.

Investigators from Bolesławiec questioned the 34-year-old, for now as a witness. The man denies having had anything to do with these brutal murders. Nevertheless, a substance resembling blood was found on his clothing. All the evidence collected by the prosecutor’s office was sent to a laboratory.
