Regulations on leaving a child in the care of Termy Bolesławiec

  1. Childcare is provided according to the time-based system specified in the price list.
  2. Childcare is provided two days a week – Monday and Wednesday – from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The childcare hours and days may change, of which the organizer will notify customers on the website 7 days in advance.
  3. Termy Bolesławiec reserve the right to cancel the childcare program.
  4. The number of children who may be cared for during one hour is limited to 10.
  5. A parent is entitled to free childcare only if, during the childcare period, they use other paid services of Termy Bolesławiec.
  6. Parents (guardians) may not leave Termy Bolesławiec while their child is being cared for.
  7. The swimming pool admission fee is collected in advance before childcare begins, in accordance with the Termy Bolesławiec price list.
  8. Parents (guardians) are responsible for changing the child before and after using the pool.
  9. Parents (guardians) are responsible for monitoring the child's entry and exit times; after the paid time has elapsed, an additional fee for pool use will automatically be charged in accordance with the Termy Bolesławiec regulations and price list.
  10. The attire specified in the Facility Regulations is required in the swimming pool hall.
  11. Termy Bolesławiec are not responsible for items left on the Facility premises.
  12. For the sake of the health of our youngest customers, children who are carriers of infectious diseases or have viral or bacterial infections may not be left in our care.
  13. A child aged 6–12 may be left independently – at the parent's own responsibility – only after the application has been completed.
  14. Bringing food products and beverages into the swimming pool hall is prohibited.
  15. Termy Bolesławiec are not responsible for accidents resulting from failure to comply with the Facility Regulations or improper use of the devices and equipment located in the swimming pool hall.
  16. Aggressive children who damage toys belonging to the Thermal Baths and are unable to play with other children will be asked to leave Termy Bolesławiec without a refund.
  17. Making a payment or bringing a child into the swimming pool hall before making a payment is tantamount to accepting these regulations and the Facility Regulations.
  18. The customer consents to the use of photographs or video recordings of the child for the marketing purposes of Termy Bolesławiec (the Term's website, leaflets).
