The investment is expected to cost approximately PLN 20 million. Consultations were held with football and athletics associations. The aim is to enable the organization of football competitions—the stadium will meet third-league requirements—as well as athletics competitions of varying levels, including regional, national and international events.
The stadium will have a covered stand along Spółdzielcza Street. The stand will accommodate approximately 900 people. The changing rooms, club facilities and restrooms will be located beneath the stand. The stands along Spokojna Street will be demolished. A running track will be built in their place. Separate changing rooms for football players and office and storage facilities will also be created. The redevelopment will include the playing surface. Lighting and an automatic grass-watering system are also planned. A completely new feature will be a 9-meter-high training hall for pole vaulting.
