The position of Romana Palczewskiego, who is retiring (and who, as a farewell gift, received from the district governor Karola Stasika a photo... of potholes in a district road), will be taken by civil engineering graduate Paweł Bednarski, a resident of Bolesławiec with 10 years of professional experience (road construction and repairs).
At the end of last year, Mr Bednarski became the chief road specialist at the District Roads Authority in Bolesławiec. Since January this year, he has served as deputy head of the institution.
A good choice? Will he be better than the previous head?
