The bridge in Świętoszów (Osiecznica municipality) was closed to cars at the beginning of the year. Now it is used mainly by pedestrians—despite the ban—although cars also occasionally drive onto it. The demolition of the structure will be a problem primarily for people without cars, who will have to find a way to get to work.

There is, however, a chance that the contractor will build a footbridge for pedestrians. (A company representative assures us that it wants the project to be as little of a burden as possible for residents.) Whether the aforementioned footbridge will be built will be decided by the investor, namely Powiat Bolesławiecki. We will return to the subject.
