Bolesłavia has been among the leading sports clubs in Lower Silesia for years. This year, the club earned a record number of points – as many as 110! – in the Youth Sports System. As we can read on the website of the Polish Federation of Youth Sport: “The YSS is a conventional set of principles and regulations governing the organization of training and sports competition for talented young athletes, developed at the request of the minister responsible for physical culture and sport, coordinated by that ministry and co-financed from public funds allocated annually for the development of children’s and youth sports.”
This is the best result in the club’s more than forty-year history. Let us recall that in the 2008 season, Bolesłavia’s track and field athletes won as many as six Polish championship titles. The ceremonial end of the season will take place on December 19.
The editorial team of IstotneInformacje.pl wishes the club and its athletes continued success.
