The City Council meeting that was adjourned on Wednesday due to a lack of quorum has resumed. At the beginning of Friday’s session, opposition councillor Dariusz Mucha spoke, saying that “the situation is complicated” and that he “does not want a confrontation”, but in his opinion there is a suspicion that the resolutions the councillors will consider today may be adopted illegally. (This concerns the fact that, according to the councillor, the Council’s deputy head should not have adjourned the session on Wednesday.) D. Mucha asked for a 15-minute break, during which he was to explain his doubts to the councillors.
The proceedings were chaired by Eugeniusz Kowalski, who decided to continue the session. Dariusz Mucha left the room.
