Officers from the Property Crime Division of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Legnica had been investigating the case of the 31-year-old for some time. At the suspect’s home, they found more than 1,000 doses of methamphetamine and 100 doses of marijuana, as well as property originating from numerous thefts.
As security toward a potential sentence, police officers seized the 31-year-old’s passenger car, valued at PLN 7,000, as well as nearly PLN 30,000 in cash. The man was arrested and placed in police custody.
The evidence indicates that the detained resident of Legnica had been involved in drug dealing and fencing stolen goods for some time. He now faces up to 10 years in prison.
The investigation is ongoing; officers do not rule out further arrests.
