– Seniors actively participate in the training program we have developed. It is not about learning how to deliver blows, but about showing how they can be effectively deflected and how to avoid an attack. The exercise sets are adapted to the group’s abilities, says Justyna Janusz of the Legnica municipal police.
The first classes have already taken place, but it is still possible to join the group. The next meeting will be on Friday, 10 March, at 4:00 p.m. in the gymnasium of Primary School No. 7 at 1 Polarna Street in Legnica.
Registration for the course takes place at the headquarters of the Legnica Municipal Police (3 al. Rzeczypospolitej) or by telephone at 76 723 33 180. You can also register on the day of the course and join the group immediately. The municipal police remind residents that the course is free of charge and will run until 21 April 2017.
