The incident occurred on February 20 at 10:08 a.m. The 19-year-old, a resident of Bolesławiec County, was driving along the bypass. According to police findings, the young Ford Mondeo driver failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions, veered off the bypass, damaged the fence and came to a stop on the skatepark premises. Fortunately, no one was injured. At the time of the incident, no one was at the skatepark. No one was walking on the nearby pavement either. The driver damaged his car and destroyed the skatepark fence. He was fined PLN 500. Police seized the vehicle’s registration certificate.
