A group of American students, including cheerleaders, muscular football players and despised nerds, sets off by bus on a sightseeing trip around Europe. Along the way, in Sweden, they stop at the edge of a forest wilderness by a fast-food stand proudly selling 100% American Burgers. After tasting their favorite dish, they find themselves at a nearby Burger Factory. However, their visit to the isolated facility turns into a deadly trap that will reveal to the unsuspecting tourists the whole truth about how burgers are prepared in Europe.

Isolation, paranoia and fear intensified by visions of a mysterious figure aggravate the epidemic consuming them, driving the researchers toward increasingly brutal behavior.
