Drivers turning from Łokietka Street suddenly brake to slalom around the holes and avoid hitting a pothole or a cone. The holes are several centimetres deep and prepared to be filled with patching material, which will crumble anyway when temperatures drop again. Watch out for your cars on Kubika Street. They will probably seal the holes on Monday, during the busiest period, just as they always do, to make it as difficult as possible for everyone to get around the city.
They Cut Holes, Put Up Cones and Don’t Care About Drivers
The district road on Bolesława Kubika Street is full of potholes and neglected. Near the traffic lights at the intersection with Łokietka Street, road workers cut out four holes, put cones next to them and left them that way. They will repair them on schedule: “no one knows when.”
