As part of the summary, a conference was held for school pedagogues from all schools in Bolesławiec County and the project implementers. The aim of the conference was to develop recommendations for educational and prevention programs in Bolesławiec schools. The conference was prepared and conducted by: Teresa Rudzińska – director of the psychological and pedagogical counseling center in Bolesławiec, and Olimpia Salwerowicz – school pedagogue.

On that day, the school television station Gim2TV, under the supervision of Urszula Ilczyna, broadcast interviews conducted by the school television journalists. The monitors used to receive the school television broadcasts were purchased as part of the Razem bezpieczniej project. The students learned interview techniques under the supervision of Grażyna Hanaf and Małgorzata Janowska.

The ceremonial summary of the projects and presentation of their results took place on December 15, 2016. The guests were welcomed with a sports demonstration using sports equipment – exercise balls, steppers, Nordic walking poles and badminton rackets. The demonstration was prepared by students under the supervision of Karolina Smutek, Robert Bieliński and Tomasz Markowski. Kornel Filipowicz – Second Deputy Mayor of Bolesławiec emphasized in his speech addressed to the invited guests, the school councils of Bolesławiec schools and the students of Gimnazjum Samorządowe No. 2, the school’s particular activity in obtaining extra-budgetary funding for projects, especially those concerning education and prevention. The Mayor presented awards to 40 participants in the photography competition “How I Take Care of My Health”. The winners received: stunt scooters for first place: Joanna Urbańska and Karolina Mech; steppers for second place went to: Pola Burczyk and Karolina Grabas; and heart-rate monitors for third place went to Emilia Bielińska and Dobrosława Pietrkiewicz. The works of all competition participants will be displayed in the SCHOOL GALLERY OF PEOPLE POSITIVELY CRAZY ABOUT A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

After the ceremony, everyone was invited to taste healthy food. The dishes were prepared by students under the supervision of Dorota Marusiak, Małgorzata Myszka, Katarzyna Wierzejska and Olga Markiewicz.

Maria Subik – the school’s director and the author and coordinator of both projects thanked the project implementers, volunteers and teachers whose efforts made both projects successful..

The funded programs were: “I Take Care of My Health – I’m FIT,” funded by the government program “Safe and Friendly School,” and “Me and the Human World Around Me – School Television Serving Safety Education in Bolesławiec,” funded by the government program for reducing crime and antisocial behavior, “Razem bezpieczniej,” named after Władysław Stasiak, for 2016 and 2017. Both projects were implemented by Gimnazjum Samorządowe No. 2 named after Poles deported to Siberia.
