On 7 January at 11:50 p.m., firefighters were dispatched to a fire at a residential building in Nowa Wieś Kraśnicka. Upon arriving at the scene, they found that the entire roof of the building was on fire. The crews’ operations involved extinguishing the roof fire, protecting the outbuilding and evacuating property from the building.
The residents evacuated before the fire service crews arrived. Four crews were present from the State Fire Service’s Rescue and Firefighting Unit in Bolesławiec, the Volunteer Fire Service in Różyniec, the Volunteer Fire Service in Stare Jaroszowice and the Volunteer Fire Service in Trzebień.
