The scout headquarters on Komuny Paryskiej Street in Bolesławiec was robbed again.
– A month and a half ago, we had a serious break-in. Someone got inside and accessed our metal cabinet. They must have known where we kept the key. Then, on Monday, we discovered another break-in. This time, the door was wrecked, the metal cashbox was forced open, and money from membership fees was stolen. A lot of damage was done – says Scout Leader Zdzisław Abramowicz.
The scouts feel unsafe. They do not know who could have done it, or whether it might have been someone from their own group. The break-ins looked as though the thieves knew what was kept where.
The police collected fingerprints and are investigating. So far, no one has been arrested.
