On Saturday, December 3, the BTS Elektros Bolesławiec senior team faced Bielawianka Bester Bielawa. The first set began with a point-for-point battle. A moment later, however, the visitors pulled five points ahead of the hosts, and Bielawianka’s lead gradually grew (at one point, it was as many as eight points). Ultimately, we lost the set 20–25. In the second set, the players from Bielawa demolished the volleyball players from the City of Ceramics, winning 25–15.
The third set was more evenly matched again. Bolesławiec even took a narrow lead. But then the visitors once again pulled several points ahead of us. The “Electricians” tried to catch them. There was a chance that the hosts could take at least one set from their opponents. That chance was squandered at 23:24 by a missed serve from one of our players.
