Unusually, the 19th session of the county council was held on Monday rather than, as usual, on Thursday. The change was related to the acceleration of work connected with the transformation of the Health Care Facility.
Unfortunately, the item concerning the liquidation of the ZOZ was removed from the session agenda. The county councillors had in fact already adopted a resolution on the liquidation of the public Health Care Facility at the previous session, but the draft had not been preceded by opinions from the trade unions, and the resolution was repealed by the voivode.
The draft resolution was supposed to be considered on Monday, but it was not brought before the council at all. The council must first consult it with the trade unions, even though a negative opinion from the union representatives will not affect the councillors' decision.
