On November 9, the 5th Lower Silesian Voivodeship Championships in badminton for PSP firefighters were held in Syców (Oleśnica County), competing for the Cup of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship PSP Commander in Wrocław. The tournament was attended by representatives of county and municipal PSP headquarters from Góra, Kamienna Góra, Złotoryja, Oleśnica, Milicz, Oława and Wrocław, as well as Bolesławiec.
Our doubles pair played brilliantly: Łukasz Musiał and Piotr Induła. They won all their matches by a substantial points margin without losing even a single set. Our players took first place in this category!
The cup and medals were presented by Minister Beata Kempa and the championships’ chief organizer, junior brigadier Andrzej Fischer.
Two years ago, at the 3rd Lower Silesian Voivodeship Championships, our players also took first place in the same category.
More information is available on the website of the Bolesławiec County Headquarters of the State Fire Service.
