The absence of Law and Justice politicians from the unveiling of the Smolensk plaque echoed throughout the country. Information from the istotne.pl portal was cited by, among others, wp, onet, and na:Temat. We asked Jan Russ, head of the local Law and Justice structures, about the real reasons for the absence.

Jan Russ initially did not want to discuss the matter, then said that we could partly answer the question ourselves and that it was connected with the coalition. When we asked whether the issue of the failed coalition really decided the boycott of the ceremony, councilor Jan Russ changed his mind, denied it, and promised a statement. In any case, see the recording for yourselves.

Many residents of Bolesławiec contributed to the Smolensk plaque. They donated money regardless of their political views. It is known that the Smolensk catastrophe is a very important issue for Law and Justice politicians. All the more surprising, therefore, was the fact that politicians from this party did not take part in the unveiling of the commemorative plaque in Bolesławiec.

Do you make any sense of this?!
