The incident occurred on Mieszka I Street in Jelenia Góra. A resident of the building informed the municipal police dispatcher that someone had been lying under his window for two days, snoring and coughing loudly. Rescue officers went to the scene. After an initial examination, it turned out that the man lying there was completely soaked and severely hypothermic. An ambulance crew was called to the scene and took the man to hospital.
