Pursuant to Article 18(2)(1) of the Act of 7 July 1994 on spatial development (Journal of Laws No. 89, item 415), Article 5(1) and (2) of the Act of 10 June 1994 on the management of State Treasury property taken over from the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (Journal of Laws No. 79, item 363), and Resolution No. VIII60795 of the Bolesławiec Municipal Commune Council of 22 March 1995, the public is hereby notified of the commencement, under the simplified procedure, of the preparation of a local spatial development plan for areas taken over from the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the villages of Pstrąże, Kozłów, Stara Oleszna and Trzebień Mały.
The plan concerns provisions regarding land use, the principles governing the provision of technical infrastructure, the principles governing the development of the areas, and specific land-management conditions arising from the need to protect the natural environment.
Interested parties may submit applications concerning the above-mentioned document. Written applications should be submitted to the Bolesławiec Municipal Commune Office, ul. Teatralna 1a, within 21 days of the publication date of this announcement.
The application should include the applicant’s surname, first name, name and address, the subject of the application, and identification of the property to which it relates.
