Pursuant to Article 18(2)(1) of the Act of 7 July 1994 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws No. 89, item 415), and Resolution No. VIII/60/95 of the Bolesławiec Commune Council of 22 March 1995, the public is hereby informed of the commencement of work on amendments to the local spatial development plan for the Bolesławiec commune.
The amendments to the plan cover:
1. In the village of Brzeźnik, plot no. 144, located in the vicinity of the existing school.
2. In the village of Dobra, plots nos. 39, 40 and 42, located in the vicinity of the school.
3. In the village of Kraśnik Dolny, plots nos. 302/2 and 546.
4. In the village of Kruszyn, plot no. 296.
The amendments concerning the above-mentioned areas relate to provisions regarding the designation of land.
5. In the village of Kruszyn, plot no. 563/2. The amendment concerning this plot relates to determining the designation of the land, the principles for its development, and the formation of buildings.
6. Identifying locations for aggregate extraction in the villages of Kozłów, Pstraże and Stara Oleszna.
7. Identifying locations for gas pressure-reduction stations within the commune.
8. Identifying locations for rural waste collection points within the commune.
Interested parties may submit applications concerning the above-mentioned plan. Written applications should be submitted to the Bolesławiec Commune Office, ul. Teatralna 1 a, within 21 days of the publication date of this announcement.
The application should include the applicant’s surname, first name and address, the subject of the application, and the designation of the property to which it relates.
