-Bartosz Gruman of MOS Bolcsłavia proudly represents our city at major athletics events in the 400-metre hurdles: in Kraków, at the S. Walasiewiczówna Memorial, he finished second, while in Warsaw, at a meeting in the PZLA Grand Prix series, he took third place with a time of 52.39 seconds.-Krystian Pfeiffer of MKT Bolesławiec was eliminated only in the semi-final of the international Polish junior championships for under-18s, losing 3:6 and 1:6 to Florian Anioła (AZS Poznań), regarded as Wojciech Fibak’s successor.-Daniel Giza, a product of BKS Bolesławiec, loaned to Wratislavia Wrocław for the 1995/96 season, appeared with his new teammates in an international football tournament in France. His performance was successful, ending with Wratislavia’s victory, while Daniel scored 5 goals and became the tournament’s “top scorer”, for which he received a beautiful trophy.-Jolanta Anusiewicz (TKKF Bolesławianka) achieved another success, taking first place among the women with a result of 70 kg at the bench-pressing championships in Pieńsk.-Sławomir Purta in the lightweight category (120 kg) and Jerzy Lewandowski (165 kg) in the heavyweight category proved to be the best, while Krzysztof Kuśnierzowski was second in the light-heavyweight category at the same competition in Pieńsk.-Szymon Dajczuk (junior), Norbert Stolicki (senior) and Remigiusz Kacperczyk (veteran) won their respective categories in the 5th NSZZ “Solidarity” table-tennis tournament.-Zbigniew Mandziejewicz, a product of BKS Bolesławiec and currently a Legia Warszawa footballer, advanced with the team to the Champions League of the European Cup, and we will be able to watch him play at European stadiums.-Jolanta Anasiewicz invites you to monthly aerobics courses at the MOSiR Bathing Facility. Classes take place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
