September and October are the months of school track-and-field competitions. In the first round of the primary school league, SP 10 won among the girls, ahead of SP 4 and SP 8. The boys’ category was dominated by Primary School No. 2. SP 10 took second place, and SP 4 came third.
Upper-secondary schools compete in the so-called correspondence league, in which the results achieved in competitions across the country are compared, and overall summaries are published at the end of the season. Here, Liceum Ogólnokształcące I took first place with 552 points, ahead of ZS Handlowych i Usługowych with 532 points and ZS Zawodowych with 495 points in the girls’ category. LO I also had the best track-and-field athletes, scoring 850 points ahead of Zespołem Szkół Elektronicznych with 642 points and ZS Zawodowych with 459 points.
