THE BOLESŁAWIEC MUNICIPALITY BOARD ANNOUNCES A WRITTEN CALL FOR TENDERS for the performance of the following work:
1. Valuation of real estate: land, buildings and structures, premises.
2. Comprehensive surveying services:
- planimetric and elevation surveys of developed and undeveloped areas (new surveys and updating),
- maps for design purposes covering up to 1.00 ha,
- preparation of descriptions and site plans of real estate,
- restoration and marking of real-estate boundaries,
- division of real estate.
The tender is open to individuals holding professional qualifications to independently perform the above-mentioned work, as specified by applicable law, and to legal entities whose scope of activity includes carrying out such work.
The detailed tender conditions are set out in the regulations available at the office of the Bolesławiec Municipality, ul. Teatralna 1a, room no. 2.
An offer may cover various parts of the above-mentioned work (the work listed in points 1 and 2, or in point 1 or point 2).
Written offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “TENDER – WORK SERVICES” by 8 February 1995 at the secretariat of the Municipal Office, room no. 17.
The offer must include:
- the first name, surname and address of the bidder, or the name and registered office if the bidder is a legal entity,
- the date on which the offer was prepared,
- a certified copy of documents confirming the right to perform the work covered by the tender,
- a proposed flat-rate fee for the work,
- the bidder’s undertaking to perform, within 12 months of the date on which the tender ends, work commissioned by the organiser as needed, under the conditions negotiated through the tender.
The opening of offers and qualification of bidders will take place on 9 February 1995 at 10:00 a.m. at the Municipal Office (room no. 16).
The organiser reserves the right to freely select offers and to cancel the tender in whole or in part without stating reasons.
