MANDATES WOULD BE USEFUL
Repairs to the bridge over the Bóbr River have made traffic one-way. Drivers, especially those from Bolesławiec, most often disregard the red light and “attach themselves” to the last vehicle, simultaneously overtaking cars already stopped before the red light. Cars also force their way in from the left, showing no respect for those waiting in line or entering the bridge at the permitted speed. HE TOOK THE DEPOSIT AND DISAPPEARED
More than a month ago, Mr. Jacek P. (“Żaluzje kolor,” Garncarska Street) came to our reader from Starzyńskiego Street and offered to install blinds. It was agreed that the blinds would be installed in a few days (“you will have them this week”). A week passed, then a second, third, fourth... The naive reader called several times, demanding either the blinds or a refund of the deposit. Mr. Jacek set another “replacement” date, and again nothing happened. Not even an apology or explanation.
