From 23 to 25 September 1994, the 5th National Congress of Social and Cultural Associations was held in Wrocław.
It was already a small anniversary for the regionalists, during which the principles and directions of the Association’s activities for the next four years were developed. Regionalists from all over the country exchanged experiences from their work.
They adopted the “Charter of Polish Regionalism”. The congress was accompanied by an exhibition of regional publications and the regional press, including publications from Bolesławiec and our “Głos Bolesławca”. Towarzystwo Miłośników Bolesławca was represented at the congress by its president, mgr Zygmunt Brusiło.
