Agreement concluded on 11 January 1994 between the Guild of Various Crafts in Bolesławiec, the Association of Merchants in Bolesławiec, and the Multi-branch Craft Cooperative in Bolesławiec.
1. The purpose of the agreement is cooperation aimed at solving specific social and economic problems in Bolesławiec and in the Bolesławiec municipality in a manner contributing to joint electoral success in the upcoming 1994 local elections.
2. The agreement will be based on a programme, while its subject will be development strategies and cooperation in solving important social, economic and systemic problems of local significance.
3. The Guild of Various Crafts in Bolesławiec, the Association of Merchants in Bolesławiec, and the Multi-branch Craft Cooperative in Bolesławiec mutually authorize one another to begin talks with appropriate circles, organizations and authorities in order to extend the agreement to entities that accept or are ready to accept the jointly agreed programme.
4. All parties sign the agreement in the belief that cooperation supporting the specific interests of local economic, professional and self-government communities, aimed at the success of local undertakings in the city and municipality, may contribute to electoral success and good representation of our interests in future local-government authorities.
5. The parties will appoint a Team – a Coalition Election Committee, which will prepare and present, no later than 31 March 1994, a proposal for financing, the parties’ participation in the costs of the election campaign, and the candidates put forward by the parties concluding the agreement.
