- Between 17 and 25 September, six passenger cars were stolen: a Dacia was taken on the A-12 route while its owner was absent; a BMW was stolen in front of the “Kasztelańska” restaurant; a RAT 126 P disappeared from Bielska Street; a Polonez was stolen from Kosiby Street; a FIAT 125 P was stolen after a garage on Staroszkolna Street was broken into; and a MERCEDES was taken together with its cargo. The thefts are generally committed at night. (As a result of actions by police officers from KRP in Bolesławiec, a car stolen earlier was found and recovered in one of the garages in the city. The perpetrator of the theft was detained.) – On 22 September, the body of a 62-year-old man was found in the “Pod lasem” allotment gardens. The death resulted from an alcohol overdose. On 23 September, KRP police officers found a Polonez stolen on 20 September, undamaged. – In Suszki, a minor “driver” of an agricultural tractor was carrying his seven-year-old brother on the tractor’s mudguard. The boy fell under a wheel while the tractor was moving, but fortunately did not suffer serious injuries. – A resident of Przejęsław, while intoxicated, stabbed his friend near the heart; the man died at the scene. After taking a hunting weapon from his home, the perpetrator of the murder left in an unknown direction. The search is ongoing.
- At night on 25, 28 and 30 September, KRP police officers caught the perpetrators red-handed while they were breaking into “Cafe Bar”, the “Żaczek” bar and a car on Kosiby Street. Recorded in October
- On 4 October, unknown perpetrators stole a RATA 126 P from Kosiby Street. – On the night of 5 October, a German driver of a MAZDA was killed in a collision involving a MAZDA, a MERCEDES and a LAND ROVER on the Bolesławiec–Zgorzelec route.
- At night (6 October), perpetrators stealing wood from a forest in Zagajnik rammed a police NYSA with their tractor when police officers tried to detain them. The perpetrators were nevertheless detained.
- On 8 October, a 19-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was struck on the back of the head and then robbed of money and a watch. – The body of a man who had died on 27 September was recovered from a gravel pit near Gierałtów. No involvement of third parties was established. – Minor thieves of a bicycle and many other previously stolen items were detained.
