announces the second unrestricted tender, which will be held on 22 July 1993 at 10:00 a.m. at the Bolesławiec Commune Office, ul. Teatralna la (Room 16), for the sale of the following properties:
1. Plot no. 259/1, measuring 0.16 ha, located in the village of Trzebień, developed with building no. 70, with a volume of 1,193 m³, two-storey, with a basement, brick-built, tiled-roofed, equipped with electrical, water and sewage systems, as well as central heating. Property value – PLN 200 million. Deposit – PLN 20 million.
2. Plot no. 259/2, measuring 0.16 ha, located in the village of Trzebień, developed with building no. 70/1, with a volume of 516 m³, brick-built, covered with asbestos cement sheets, equipped with electrical, water and sewage systems, as well as central heating. Property value – PLN 50 million. Deposit – PLN 5 million.
3. Plot no. 347/7, measuring 0.26 ha, located in the village of Ocice, developed with building no. 56, with a volume of 1,900 m³, brick-built, with a basement and usable attic, tiled-roofed, with the possibility of adapting it into two residential units, equipped with electrical, water and sewage systems and central heating, as well as an outbuilding.
Property value – PLN 350 million. Deposit – PLN 35 million. The stated property values constitute the asking prices.
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer or bank deposit slip to the account of the Commune Office, account no. 382210-912-133, Bank Zachodni in Wrocław, Bolesławiec Branch, specifying which property it concerns. Proof of payment of the deposit must be presented on the day of the tender.

ANNOUNCES a written tender for proposals to develop a property with buildings taken over from former JAR facilities, located in the village of Trzebień, Bolesławiec Commune, Jelenia Góra Voivodeship.
This property, constituting municipal property, is located in a very attractive area: at the intersection of national road no. 297 and the A12 motorway, Wrocław–Olszyna, 70 km from the border crossing.
The property covers 4.64 ha and is developed with a complex of buildings with a total volume of 12,000 m³, as well as 24 car garages.
The entire property is fenced, lit and equipped with its own water supply network with a deep well. It also has its own boiler room and a separate power network with its own transformer substation.
There is a railway siding within the property, connected to the station.
The location of the site (at the intersection of important east–west and north–south transit routes, and in close proximity to the western border) creates highly diverse possibilities for using the buildings for production, service and commercial purposes.
