Primary School No. 4 hosted the Regional Mathematics Competition for seventh- and eighth-grade students from primary schools. Twenty-five students took part in the competition after achieving the required number of points in the qualifying rounds held at their schools. The students had two and a half hours to solve five problems. This year’s competition was won by Marcin GÓRZYŃSKI, representing Primary School No. 4 in Bolesławiec. Second and third place went to Bartosz GURLEJ and Alicja JEZIERSKA from schools in Lwówek. The next places were taken by students from Bolesławiec: Jakub ŻURALSKI and Paweł PERYT from Primary School No. 10, and Sylwia DOLATOWSKA from Primary School No. 8. Eleven students qualified for the regional stage. It will take place at the end of April in Jelenia Góra.
