Bolesławiec was delighted to receive the news that Wojciech MROSZCZAK, Parish Priest of the Parish of Saints Cyril and Methodius, had been entrusted with providing military pastoral care and appointed auxiliary chaplain. Employed by the Military Ordinariate of the Polish Army, Rev. Wojciech Mroszczak will, in fact, continue the work begun three years ago. Chaplain Mroszczak is a figure well known to soldiers and their families. He actively participates in the training and education process. He is often present in the barracks, offering his advice and assistance. Since the beginning of the “friendship formed,” soldiers have benefited from religious ministry. They, too, reciprocate their pastor’s support not only by participating in patriotic and religious ceremonies, but also by providing material and personal assistance in the construction of a sacred building. They dream of granting the church the status of a garrison church. And perhaps this will happen in the near future. For our part, we wish the Chaplain the fulfillment of his life plans and… a soldier’s good fortune.
