Due to his resignation, the Municipal Council dismissed councillor M.Sc. Eng. Wiesław Ogrodnik from the position of deputy chair of the Municipal Council.
The expiry of the mandate of councillor Tadeusz Szmigiel in Electoral District No. 5 was declared. In his place, the Council awarded the mandate to Rafał Szala.
A new delegate to the Local Government Assembly of the Municipalities of the Jelenia Góra Voivodeship was elected. It was Bogusław Judy.
As of 1 January 1993, the new district commander of the Fire Service in Bolesławiec was Brigadier (Lieutenant Colonel) Eng. Tadeusz Hutnik, a resident of Lwówek Śląski. The previous, long-serving commander, Brigadier M.Sc. Czesław Deresz, retired.
