As a warning to potential customers of the “Zepter” company... this company behaves scandalously on the Polish market, considering only the fact that when ordering cookware, we trust the intermediary that, after settling the payment, we will receive the cookware after four weeks. In my case, this guarantee is a fiction, as follows: I paid the final installment in August 1995 and was supposed to receive the cookware four weeks later. After my repeated interventions, the cookware was delivered (December 1995); in the meantime, I cancelled the order and asked the intermediary and the company to refund the money I had paid; as of today (February 1996), I have received no response, and no one knows what will happen with the refund...
I suppose I will be forced to take the matter to court to recover my own money. Is this how it should be?
Do not buy from this company...
