The Municipal Office in Osiecznica, 59-724 Osiecznica, tel./fax (0795)-12-107, 12-111, telex 755274, REGON 000541871, NIP 612-10-02-165, announces an open tender for the construction of a gymnasium at the Primary School in Parowa – covering the shell-and-core stage with the building closed:
construction of reinforced gravel-concrete foundation footings using 34GS steel – 39.5 m³
construction of external walls from solid brick and aerated concrete insulated with 8 cm polystyrene; pillars from solid brick, class 150 – 644 m²
construction of a roof structure from PS1 floor-and-roof panels – 288 m²
construction of wooden-structure masking canopies covered with sheet metal imitating plain clay roof tiles – 240 m²
Classification of the contract subject according to EKD – 4521 General construction.
Contract completion deadline: 30 November 1996.
A condition for participating in the contract award procedure is the payment of a bid bond of PLN 5,000 by 28 March 1996, at 1:00 p.m., to the cash desk of the Municipal Office in Osiecznica, in cash or in the form of a certified cheque.
The form containing the specifications of the essential terms of the contract may be collected in person or sent cash on delivery from the Municipal Office, 59-724 Osiecznica 30, room no. 7. The form costs PLN 10.00.
