There is a Hairdressing Salon on Asnyka Street in Bolesławiec. It is very well known to pensioners and disability pensioners, schoolchildren and local residents... it is run by Mrs Maria – a person with a heart of gold, sensitive to human hardship and helping those in need. Through her actions, she sets an example for the many young female students she teaches. The entire salon is young, with beautifully smiling faces, bright eyes and kindness; a “salon full of youth” – all of this encourages people to visit. Many people use its services free of charge, and it must be admitted that they are performed excellently... one could write many, many words... Therefore, in the pages of our newspaper, we warmly thank Mrs Maria Dolik for her kindness and great heart, and wish her many, many more years in which she can help people.
And Mrs Maria Dolik herself also wishes a happy New Year to all those whose hearts are open to their fellow human beings, especially the priests of Bolesławiec, the employees of the Day Care Centre, the Association of Pensioners and Disability Pensioners, the Guild of Various Crafts, her delightful students and the clients visiting the salon – may the New Year 1996 bring joy and good health...
