Break-insKubika Street – after the padlocks on a garage were forced, a cart loaded with coffee and citrus fruits worth approximately PLN 800 was stolen.Osiecznica – the door of a kiosk was forced open, and food products were stolen from inside. Losses – approximately PLN 500.Nowogrodziec – break-ins of cars: a Polonez, a Fiat 126p and a Ford. Losses of approximately PLN 1,000.- Polna Street – three perpetrators (all from a youth educational centre) entered the shop through a ventilation opening. They stole nothing because they were frightened away. They tried to escape but were detained.Thefts:- Podgórna Street – a Volkswagen Derby worth approximately PLN 3,000 was stolen from a garage.- Piaskowa Street – a car television and CB radio worth approximately PLN 450 were stolen from a lorry.- Asnyka Street – the police caught a thief red-handed.Robberies:- near the PKP railway station, a robbery was committed: two perpetrators, threatening to beat a man, took his watch and a bag worth approximately PLN 70. One of the criminals was detained.- on Asnyka Street, two perpetrators rendered another man defenceless by beating and kicking him, then stole PLN 30 and the keys to his flat; as a result of police action, the perpetrators were detained.
