The needs of Świętoszów concerning the reconstruction of municipal and social infrastructure are so enormous that Osiecznica Municipality, which took over this devastated locality after the withdrawal of the Russian Federation’s troops, cannot afford to rebuild and repair the roads, electricity, water supply and sewerage networks, or the school. We also cannot afford to reopen the Health Centre, Police Station, etc.
The Statement of Financial Needs for 1995–1998 presented in the table below shows that, without assistance from the Ministry of Finance, the municipality will not be able to deal with this problem on its own in a short time.
