In the May issue of “Głosu Bolesławca,” we published a “list” of those supporting TMB’s activities. We remind you that, thanks to the goodwill of private individuals, as well as wholesalers, shops and companies, we were able to publish the local newspaper and reissue M. Żołądź’s portfolio of graphics, “Bolesławiec in Graphics” (already on sale at an attractive price). We are currently “preparing” a unique portfolio, “Bolesławiec and the Surrounding Area,” as well as calendars and a book (a monographic study) about Bolesławiec.
The list of sponsors in this issue is headed by BFFiA “Polfa.” To the Management and the Works Council, together with our wishes on the occasion of the 40th anniversary, we send our heartfelt thanks for donating 10,000,000 złotys (!) for publishing purposes.
We obtained substantial support for our activities from many other sources, and the “magical” amount donated last month by P. Zdzisław Oszczęda was decisively “outdone.” Apart from “Polfa,” P. Zdzisław was “outdone” by P. Alicja Nebesna (the Galant haberdashery shop on Asnyka Street), followed by the Mining and Energy Production and Assembly Enterprise “Famex” and P. Jan Gałka (the “Minimarket” furniture shop).
And here is the continuation of the list of kind and generous supporters: PPU “Combol,” the Drugstore (T. Niewęgłowska and H. Skoczyńska), the Fuel Station at 1 Kościuszki Street, the “Las Vegas” Confectionery–Pizzeria (G. Owsiannik and K. Kubicka), Rudolf Gołębiowski, the Tobacco Products Wholesale Company (E. Kret), the “Techbol” General Merchandise Enterprise (which also subscribed to our newspaper for its customers), Optical Services (D. Ziomek – for the second time), PHU “U Andrzeja,” Civil Partnership “Lumex,” the Foreign Travel Agency “Adrian-Tours” (B. Dolecki), and PPUH “Kampol.”
We sincerely thank all the donors. We intended to publish a list of everyone who helped us distribute the first issue of “Głos.” Unfortunately – and this is something to be happy about – their list is too long. We therefore thank, without naming them, the female and male students of the Medical Secondary School, the Technical School and the Complex of Construction Schools, the Mechanical Technical School and the General Secondary School.
We also thank the ladies from the “Piast” and PUS hotels, as well as the ladies from various shops, kiosks and bars. The circle of kind and friendly residents of Bolesławiec continues to grow.
Keep it up!
