On 2 March, a police patrol caught 19-year-old Piotr D. red-handed while he was breaking into a café. He was taking goods worth approximately PLN 150,000 from "Toscano';
- On 15 March in Golnice, Bolesławiec Municipality, the driver of a "Ford" lost control due to excessive speed, skidded off the road into a roadside ditch and rolled over several times. The passenger sustained head injuries and was taken to hospital. The car was damaged to the value of approximately PLN 60 million;
- During the night of 16–17 March, the central-heating stoker at the former "Zodiak" restaurant caused a fire to break out in the building. Carpets, fabrics and plastic articles were burned. PSS "Społem" suffered losses of approximately PLN 200 million;
- On 18 March in the market square, two young men forced open the door of a grocery shop with a crowbar and stole goods worth PLN 1.8 million. A police patrol detained the perpetrators as they were leaving the shop;
- On 21 March, at the intersection of Chrobrego and Wolności streets, a Fiat 126p struck a pedestrian who suddenly entered the roadway. The injured person was taken to hospital;
- On 20 March, on Sądowa Street, unknown perpetrators smashed the windows of the Polish People's Party premises with stones. Losses amounted to approximately PLN 300,000;
- On 25 March in Zebrzydowa, Nowogrodziec Municipality, unknown perpetrators, after first disconnecting the power supply, stole 3,115 metres of electrical cable. The Bolesławiec Power Company suffered losses of PLN 64 million;
On the same day, a Fiat Ducatto with registration number HB-S 1385, worth PLN 220 million, was stolen from a residential parking lot on Garncarska Street, to the detriment of a citizen of the Federal Republic of Germany;
- During the night of 27–28 March, on Starzyńskiego Street, an unknown perpetrator broke into a "Ruch" kiosk and stole various goods worth PLN 12 million, including MPK tickets, cigarettes and other items;
- During the night of 27–28 March, on Małachowskiego Street, an unknown perpetrator stole a white VW Golf with registration number B-EK-5066, worth DM 21,000, to the detriment of a citizen of the Federal Republic of Germany.
- Between 27 and 30 March, on Góralska Street, unknown perpetrators broke into the "UNO" shop and stole, among other things, men's leather jackets, skirts, trousers and drugstore products with a total value of approximately PLN 30 million;
- Between 27 and 30 March, a break-in occurred at an electric-motor rewinding workshop on Wróblewskiego Street. Enamelled winding wire weighing 431 kg, wound onto 18 spools, was stolen. Losses amounted to PLN 30 million;
- On 31 March, on Warszawska Street, an unknown perpetrator beat a 21-year-old woman, who suffered a concussion. Her mother found her lying beside a rubbish bin;
- On 2 April in Mierzwin, Bolesławiec Municipality, a barn burned down together with agricultural machinery and artificial fertilisers. Losses amounted to approximately PLN 100 million;
- On 4 April, on Komuny Paryskiej Street, an unknown perpetrator broke into a Mercedes with registration number KI-HD-3691 and stole a Sony camera and other equipment worth more than DM 3,000, to the detriment of a citizen of the Federal Republic of Germany;
- On 13 April, on II Armii Wojska Polskiego Street, a 23-year-old driver, while intoxicated, hit a street lamp due to excessive speed. The female passenger sustained injuries and was taken to hospital.
