Everything indicates that our newspaper, "Głos Bolesławca," will soon be transformed into "Głos Ziemi Bolesławieckiej." In addition to the local authorities of the urban municipality of Bolesławiec and the rural municipality of Bolesławiec, the local authorities of the municipalities of Nowogrodziec and Osiecznica have declared their willingness to cooperate. Direct discussions confirmed the validity of making the pages of our newspaper available for current information about the most important social, cultural and economic events from these localities and the surrounding area. Contributors will be based on site, and, if necessary, journalists from our editorial office will also arrive.
We are expanding our circle of readers and contributors with a view to further integrating the region, which in a year will probably become the administratively unified Bolesławiec County. Are we getting ahead of events and future parliamentary and government decisions in this regard? Time will tell...
