The hospital’s social council unanimously voted to issue a vote of no confidence in Jan K. The decision is connected with recent events: the arrest of one of the doctors suspected of accepting bribes and the hospital’s failure to respond to a lawsuit filed by a medic dismissed from work. An illegal connection to the gas network was also discovered at the home of the director of the Bolesławiec hospital.
According to Andrzej Pawluszek, a member of the provincial executive board, the hospital’s social council’s decision will lead to personnel decisions. The director is to be replaced within a month.
